weight loss

Well, since my post in february about weight loss, I have indeed lost an extra 6 kilos, plus an extra 5 on top of that. I am now very proud to announce to the whole world that I weigh in at 60 kilos. GO ME!

I like to think that I am protecting my children to the best of my ability.

I like to think that updating our family website with photos of my kids is an okay thing to do.

I like to twitter because I have a bunch of things going on in my head and this helps me to deal with them bit by bit.

I enjoy checking Facebook because its helped me get back in contact with a bunch of people that I would never have known how to get in contact with.

I think that the world wide web is out of OUR control and it does matter what you put up, because it will always be there for someone to find or use. People who blog about work or friends or life in general need to realise that it will always be there and someone will always find it. If you dont want people to know about it or use it against you - dont put it out there in the first place. YOU need to take responsibilty for YOURSELF and not blame others when something goes wrong.
