Survivor has just started its 23rd season in the US this week - surely the show has gotta be doing something right!

Personally, my favourite all time player would have to be Boston Rob - the way he played the last time was just amazing to watch. He is funny and keeps it real and its like he is a professional actor the way he does his twists and turns of events.

spring has sprung

and its time to get BUSY.

No sugar starts again today - I was organised and got everything I needed.

Exercise starts again today - we walked over and back to the pre school and spent the afternoon outside being busy.

Trying to be more positive starts today - I spend way way way too much time focusing on negative behaviors of people and myself and it stops now.

More time spent in Gods GREAT word starts today - I have 2 bible study groups that I attend and I need to be time focused towards preparing for them and getting organised before the day gets here.

ah - I am already tired thinking of all the above!! But ITS SPRING!!! Its about to get all kinds of hot and stuff and we are ready to get rid of all the bugs we have had and get busy in our pool!
