The last week (or so) I have not been so good with my no sugar diet... I am happy to admit that I failed!!
This week being Easter, I am having the week off - and I am feeling so bloated! Next week its back to no sugar for me and regular sessions at the gym.
6 kilos to go - gotta get there before winter kicks in!

kicking it - 6 down 6 to go!
Very happy once again to be able to change my sign in the pantry - now to a big 6 to go!
Ive lost 6 kilos since the end of February when I decided to kick sugar out of my diet (visit www.sarahwilson.com.au for more details on how to and why).
I had been gradually losing weight but started to hit a bit of a lull, so I decided to give it a go to see how I could go. I want to get back to my goal weight of 61 kilos, which is what I was before I had Pippa.
It is hard, but it does work!! Since then, I have only had a couple of times of eating things with sugar - but the next day I am back on track. Once you change your thinking and eating habits, its really easy to keep going with it.
My exercise hasnt been great the last couple of weeks, so I really need to get back into shape this next week.
Cant wait to get back into those size 10 jeans!!!

sickly
Ive been beaten down with a bug this week - so not sure how this is going to affect my diet, as when I woke up the other night, all I wanted was a hot milo!
I havent weighed myself this week either, as I was sick from Sunday night, so I will wait until next Monday to do it.
Someone said to me "well, at least you will lose some weight!!" but really, I assume it will make me put on this week, as my body will crave food to get my energy levels up.
Whatever the case - I just want to feel better already!!
