Very happy once again to be able to change my sign in the pantry - now to a big 6 to go!
Ive lost 6 kilos since the end of February when I decided to kick sugar out of my diet (visit www.sarahwilson.com.au for more details on how to and why).
I had been gradually losing weight but started to hit a bit of a lull, so I decided to give it a go to see how I could go. I want to get back to my goal weight of 61 kilos, which is what I was before I had Pippa.
It is hard, but it does work!! Since then, I have only had a couple of times of eating things with sugar - but the next day I am back on track. Once you change your thinking and eating habits, its really easy to keep going with it.
My exercise hasnt been great the last couple of weeks, so I really need to get back into shape this next week.
Cant wait to get back into those size 10 jeans!!!
