kicking it - ONE WEEK DONE!

Okay - so I didnt think I would last this long!! Not after the week I had... and also the many treats that were placed in front of me this week - watermelon, cakes, choc chip muffins, dark chocolate bullets... the list is pretty much endless!!

I still dont feel any better - I think about sugar lot more than what I did, but rather than just eat it, I actually think about it instead! Headaches come around 3pmish most days and I feel like I am still a bit grumpy!

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinners have all been very healthy, no sugar in my tea, no treats of any kind. The thing that I am missing the most I think is fruit juice - but water is making up for that.

Weighing myself again in the morning to see how we are going for the weekly weight loss - so fingers crossed... although I have had a very lazy weekend, so Im not expecting anything big!

lol... Not going to your extreme but have cut out the high sugar stuff like soft-drinks and caffeine...

The grumpiness and headaches have been pretty bad after four days but are getting bad.

Keep it up.
