No weight change this week. Hoping its just one of those things... Although, I havent done any exercise for a while, so I have to kick start my heart and just get back into it!
Still going sugar free - it does get easier, although there are days when all I want is sugar. Not sure if that will ever change. When I do reintroduce sugar back into my diet, I know it will be in a form that is a lot less than what I was eating :)
