kicking it - Week two done!

Two weeks in and all I have had is 4 tiny squares of chocolate in 14 days!

Total weight loss so far is 2.2 kilos.

This week (through circumstance not on purpose) I only made it to the gym once, so therefore didnt do any exercise apart from that one time - and I still lost .9!

I still find that I am thinking about food more - although maybe its because I know that I need to be prepared in what I am eating. I dont crave it as much, but if I do - Im not going to deny myself (hence the chocolate squares). I am still drinking diet coke - that gets me through the afternoon - but I am going to try and drop that as well.

We had a party yesterday and there was so much yummy food on offer - but I just had a big glass of water instead!
