kicking it - Week four weigh in

Take another kilo off!!

Only 8 to go now - very exciting that I got to change the pantry door sign!

Broke badly this week - had a half a slice of mudcake from a wedding that we went to, it was soooo good - but ended up with a massive headache that lasted all night. Also had chips and chicken which my body really wasnt used to, so dealt with that as well in not a good way (read to much time on the loo).

Into week 5 now - not much energy at the moment, have been very busy and therefore very tired, so trying to get back to gym - Ill see how we go this week.

Thinking about sugar a lot still - is this just the way my brain is after 31 years of eating it or I am still just craving it? Hard to say. But I do feel less bloated now and I also think that I have the ability to be able to eat things more in moderation now. Well, only time will tell that!!
